DERWENT VALLEY
An ongoing photographic study of the Derwent Valley, following the landscape from Derby towards Matlock Bath.
The series explores the relationship between water, industry and place — from historic mills and waterways to the quieter details and traces left behind by the valley’s working past.
Photographed entirely on film, the project will continue to grow as I return to familiar locations and discover new ones along the river.
